Reporting a wrong size
Please include the brand and model, the size we published, the size on your unit, and the manual number and page if you have it. We re-check against the manufacturer source, update the page, then log it on the corrections page.
Requesting a model
Tell us the exact brand and model number, including any suffix on the data plate. Models are prioritised by how many people ask for them and by whether the manual is publicly available.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Corrections are prioritised over all other correspondence.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose faults, recommend contractors, or advise on repairs to gas, electrical or refrigerant systems. For those, contact a licensed technician in your area.
